ACTRESS

In addition to her behind-the-scene endeavors, Daralyse is a talented actress with a background in theatre and comedy improvisation.  In her youth, she enjoyed such iconic roles as Beatrice (in “Much Ado About Nothing”), Lady Capulet (in “Romeo and Juliet”), and Lady Macbeth (in “Macbeth”).  But her training extends far beyond the classics.  She stole the show as the Baroness Schrader (in “The Sound of Music”) and was a shamelessly singing (off-key) landlady in Michael Gene Sullivan’s adaptation of George Orwell’s 1984.  After performing as a theatrical actress, Daralyse traded her dramatic aspirations for more comedic ones.  Since relocating to Philadelphia in 2010, she has become an avid improvisational artist.
